We are so excited to have you back! Our number one priority as we welcome you back to Prana Hot Yoga and Body Sculpt is your health and safety. Please read the following information regarding changes at Prana.

During Phase 2, the state of Washington mandates that class sizes are extremely limited. For this reason, Prana will be offering express classes to allow for as many clients to attend classes as possible (up to 80 members throughout the day). Classes will run for for 40 minutes to allow for time to sanitize the space in between classes. If you are not ready to return in person, we will continue to offer two virtual classes a day. These virtual classes will now be accessed through Mindbody or our new Private Facebook group called, “Prana on Demand”.

Signing up for classes

All clients must pre-register for classes through Mindbody. Registration for classes will be available 48 hours in advance. Late cancel fees will be enforced for all classes as class size is very limited for Phase 2. If you need to cancel your class, you must do at least 12 hours in advance. The late cancel/no show fee is $15.00 for all members.

If you or anyone in your household is displaying Covid-19 like symptoms (sore throat, fever, cough, shortness of breath) in the last two weeks please do not attend an in-person class.

Wait in your car

We are asking members to enter Prana no more than 10 minutes before their class begins and to exit Prana as soon as they have completed their class. During Phase 2 showers will not be open to use after class, per state mandate.

Wash or Sanitize your hands when you arrive and enter Prana with a Facemask on

When you arrive please use sanitizer in the lobby or go directly to the restroom to wash your hands with soap and water. Facemasks must be worn in all common areas per Washington state law but may be removed for class. We have set up each of our spaces to maintain 6 feet or more of space between clients and the instructor. Prana clients are welcome to wear a mask during their class if they choose to do so.

Checking in

Prana staff will check you in as you arrive. Please be sure that the staff member knows your name. If you need to purchase a membership or drop in for your class, please plan to pay with credit card and maintain 6 foot social distancing from the check in counter.

New waiver

All existing and new clients will be asked to sign a new waiver on their first visit to Prana.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

Prana has always been committed to cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and rooms multiple times a day. We will continue to clean and sanitize paying extra attention to commonly touched

surfaces. We ask members to bring their own mats and towels for all classes.

Unfortunately, no in-facility childcare services are permitted during Phase 2. As soon as we get the green light to open our childcare we will.

If you have any questions regarding your membership, please email Pranapuyallup@gmail.com.

A few things to keep in mind

We are ready to welcome you back to Prana when you are ready to return. If you are not ready to physically return, we will continue to offer virtual classes. When Pierce County moves into Phase 3 we will change our schedule to meet the established state guidelines. We appreciate your support and patience as we slowly open Prana back up. If you have questions about your membership or this information please feel free to email pranapuyallup@gmail.com or call 253-256-4559.

Thank you again for your support!
