Yoga Etiquette:

Yoga Room Etiquette

  • Let the teacher know if you have any injuries or medical conditions before class.
  • Please move quietly throughout the room
  • Classes begin and end promptly on-time.
  • Please refrain from talking in the yoga room.
  • Only water is allowed in the yoga room.
  • No cell phones allowed in the yoga room.
  • No food or chewing gum in the yoga room.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age to take the hot yoga classes (warm yoga & cold classes are ok).
  • No shoes in the yoga room. Please leave them in the lobby.
  • If you exit the room during class, please leave your things and do not reenter until class is over.

Terms & Conditions:

Prana Hot Yoga LLC offers memberships on an autopay monthly basis.

EVERYTHING, Hot Yoga, and/or Cold Autopay Monthly Unlimited is defined as one individual membership that may not be shared or transferred. Shared EVERYTHING, Shared Hot Yoga, and/or Shared Cold Autopay Monthly Unlimited is defined as a group of any 2 individuals. Shared memberships must be paid via one transaction.

Prana Hot Yoga LLC offers class passes. Class passes must be purchased for a minimum of 10 classes and a maximum of 20, they expire one year after they are purchased.  Class passes may be shared with only one other person.

Introductory Offers are available one time only and only on first visit and are available to local residents only.  Introductory offer may not be extended.

Prana Hot Yoga LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Purchase & Refund Policies:

All purchases are non-refundable, extendable or transferable from one student to another. The value of Gift Cards and Client Accounts cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, and may only be used for in-studio purchases.

Prana Hot Yoga LLC will not issue refunds for any unused/use memberships, class passes, private classes, fees, or registration and payment of any specialty classes.

Freeze Policy:

Monthly Autopay Memberships may be frozen once a year for medical reasons only. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle.

To freeze your Monthly Autopay, Client must contact the Studio via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), phone (253-256-4559), or in person at the front desk at least 5 days in advance of the next billing date.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your Monthly Autopay, Client must contact the Studio via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), phone (253-256-4559), or in person at the front desk at least 5 days in advance of the next billing date.

  • Cancellation requests requested on the day of Client’s autopay run date will not be accepted. Such requests will be honored before the next billing cycle.
  • Client’s autopay must run for a minimum of 6 or 12 months before cancelling. If cancelled before the 6 or 12 month minimum, a cancellation fee will apply.  Please see monthly autopay contracts for details.

Privacy Policy:

Prana Hot Yoga LLC respects your right to privacy. Any information submitted to our website from you is not shared with any third-party. We will not sell or give your information to third-party vendors or solicit on their behalf. Any information you provide us with, such as a phone number or email address, will only be used to contact you.
